Delivery Times
Once your order has completed production, delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

Express: 7–9 days

Air freight: 10–15 days

Sea freight: 35+ days
Please note delivery times are separate from production time, and will run on from the production period once your order is ready to ship.
Preorder Basis & Minimum Order Quantities
We operate on a preorder-only basis, meaning stock is prepared specifically for each confirmed order rather than held ready-made. Due to the nature of our business, we require a minimum of 2 units ordered at a time.
Production Times
Because every order is prepared to order, production time is based on order volume rather than a fixed turnaround. Here's what to expect:

1–10 units: 2–3 days production

11–20 units: 3–5 days production

21–50 units: 5–10 days production

50+ units: 10–15 days production

This reflects the time needed to prepare and produce your order, delivery time is separate and will be confirmed alongside your quote.
